What we collect

• Your answers to the diagnostic, simulators and practice, to compute your result.
• Your email address when you unlock your detailed result, with your choice about offers and news.
• When you buy: your email, the order and the payment status from Stripe. We never see your card details.
• Technical logs kept by our host for security.

Oral recordings

Recordings made in the oral practice stay in your browser. They are never uploaded to us.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service you asked for (contract), sending your result and study tips (consent, withdrawn in one click), offers and news only if you ticked the box (consent), security and fraud prevention (legitimate interest), accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and database), Amazon Web Services (email delivery), Stripe (payments). Some processing takes place outside Canada and the European Union under contractual safeguards.

Retention

Test results: 12 months. Email contacts: until you unsubscribe or 24 months after the last contact. Orders: 10 years for accounting.

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie that lets you reopen your own result. Advertising cookies are used only when you accept them; you can change your choice in the footer.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent: write to support@allezc.com. You may complain to the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (Luxembourg) or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
