Right of withdrawal

Canada has no general EU-style 14-day withdrawal right for online digital purchases. Provincial cancellation and refund rights may apply and remain protected.

Immediate access

Before paying you confirm: «I request immediate access to Allez C for 12 months, accept the terms and acknowledge that, where a 14-day withdrawal right applies to this digital content, I lose it when access starts, without affecting my mandatory Canadian cancellation and refund rights.» We record the wording, version and time of your consent with your order. This consent authorizes immediate delivery; it does not waive mandatory Canadian consumer rights.

Cancellation and refunds

Send your request to support@allezc.com with your order reference. Refunds required by applicable law are returned to the original payment method.
